Licensed Limited Medical Radiologic Technologists – are you ready for the next step in building upon your education, advancing your degree? The College of Health Care Professions can help you prepare for career advancement as a radiologic technologist with an Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology.

This unique program is a bridge completion pathway for LMRTs who are licensed by the Texas Medical Board. Graduates are eligible to sit for the national certification exam from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography.

Students who complete the program can apply for jobs in the diagnostic medical imaging field as entry-level radiographers.

Demand for highly trained, certified healthcare professionals continues to grow. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment for radiologic and MRI technologists is projected to grow a minimum of 9% by 2030.
